Considering that you shouldn't be doing much helping, only case solving, helpers will be fine helping in the middle of wherever.

If you're needed for a case, or to solve something on a moderator can solve, They should be jailed.

Well it's not supposed to be used that way, and if people use the personal assistance for a simple question, then moderators and helpers should point out to the players that they should instead join the help channel instead.

Plus, players will have no reason to bitch at the staff team for not getting any help since they can always join the cc. Unless there's no helpful players online in that clan of course.

I'm also wondering if I should enable lootshare for the Help cc. Input?
