Rune and coal ore at prem skilling or heroes guild can give you around 35m exp an hour(that's what im getting)

Fletching the bolts still works, it was a glitch with brawlers that Mike fixed

also you said crafting guild for mining rune/coal but neither of them are there

Range: Sara GWD minions with max range gear + cannon & red chinchompas. Dangerous, but best. There is a guide you can look at for it, if you need guidance. It would need adapting due to brawlers.

Slayer: Skip all tasks except Abyssal Demons + Dark Beasts, and camp Honor Height. They're the only NPCs that still appear to have decent XP rates.

Crafting: Black d-leather into Black Dhide Bodies is a very fast and efficient way to get XP. Very expensive, however.

Smithing: Rune Platebodies.

Firemaking: using Tinderbox with 27 Magic Logs is actually faster than an adze. MUCH faster. You usually need to use an autoclicker to make it worthwhile, but even manually it can be better XP.
