Now that I'll continue to work on combat a bit, it's time to look at the DFS.

From the runescape wiki, it says that a DFS special can hit up to 25 and can only be used once every 10 minutes. On PkHonor, you can use it once every 2 minutes, so that's kind of a bug. Its maximum hit is also 24 (not 25).
Then again, this is an RSPS, not actual RS. What matters is that everything is properly balanced, not that everything is exactly the same like RS (but in many cases it comes down to the same thing).

So, what would you say? Lower the maximum hit, leave it the same or higher it (if lower or higher, how much)? And keep the 2 minutes timer or up it to the 10 minutes timer from RS?

Yeah I think 2 minutes is better. Since my average fight lasts about 2 minutes I can use the spec once a fight and then have it up again for the next one, rather than having to wait 8 more minutes.
