Punishment and Appeal Guidelines.

Hello everyone,
Exciting announcement on behalf of the staff team! One that may impact a fair few of you, one that may not impact you what so ever. Nonetheless, we believe it is a positive step and one that will benefit the community and server for a long time to come.
So we've been having discussions recently, within the staff team, the admin team and amongst the higher ups and we have decided to take a slightly different approach to how we handle certain punishments and appeal guidelines. Without going into anything too specific, we've previously held a fairly firm stance on certain offences, and this has not always benefited us in the way we would have hoped. The changes we're hoping to bring, should bring a better balance to effective punishments and retaining players the best we can. So making these changes should hopefully mean some of our older players are able to return, as well as keeping some of the newer players that have made mistakes as well.
Though I will ask for patience in this transition period, as we all learn to adjust to the new changes, iron out the kinks and work through implementing our new policies and procedures. All in all, I think this change will be a positive one and I'm excited to see how it will benefit us going forward.
As always, if anyone has any questions, feel free to ask either here or in private if you feel that is the best way.
Thanks,
Ryan.
