Hello, I'm looking to obtain any custom whip for my iron man "Tangible"

As for pricing obtaining a custom whip is very RNG alongside could be very time-consuming. Thus in pricing this service it could be broken down to simply obtaining a custom OR price per elite casket obtained.
Additional info:
Assuming you do wilderness frost dragons you will have access to all the supplies you'd need alongside the wilderness weapon from the diary.
Time frame expected - I really don't care
