The update on 20 January caused charged staffs (tridents, sanguinesti staff and dawnbringer) to lose their ability to autocast spells, other than the built in spell of the staff. Although this is the way it also works in OSRS, people do seem to like this feature on PkHonor, to be able to switch between autocasting blood or ice barrage and autocasting the built in spell. Let us know what you prefer and we'll make it happen.

I think we should give players the choice from a staff that has built in spells or one that they can auto cast with, this way it gives other staves more use rather than purely using the sang or trident. Also, if we auto cast ice barrage with a sang, does its built in effect of healing work when doing so? If it does that shouldn't happen, even if we allow auto casting with these charged staves.

No it should just be the spell casts effect, not compounded with the Sang built in spell.
