Account was hacked, then banned.

Hi, so my main account "Martineau11" was hacked about a year ago. I logged onto it and my premium status along with all my items were gone. At that point, I decided to just quit the game because being hacked is annoying as hell. Fast Forward to a couple days ago, I decide I'd like to play PKHonor again, and as I go to log on, it turns out my account is now banned. I haven't been given an explanation or anything but I would like to see if there's anything that can be done to 1) get my account unbanned, and 2) see if there's any way to re-add the premium status to my account.

Sorry if this isn't the place to post this kind of stuff, I just didn't know where else to post.

Thank you!

@Rapsey is there a way to help people consistently not finding the proper section? Maybe a "Help" link in the top bar that redirects to the help desk subforum?

Gosh I wish we could go back to the days where everyone could look into the appeals and we could all give our opinions why someone should be banned or unbanned...

No support. I don't think Thierryu1 has really changed. He scammed me on mindcraft

Ay lmao

People half of the time don't know the difference between recoveries, appeals and refunds even if it says what they do. End users will always find a way to incorrectly use whatever you give them :P There's already a big "help" section @Pvm porn, people are just lazy or don't know and giving them some prompt like "need help?" or w.e will just make future users click it away. Blame ads and long-ass EULA/ToS/windows messagebox/.... messages for that.

I'm sure there are things we could do to improve the situation a tiny bit. Could add a big "support" entry in the main menu at the top with instructions like: Hacked? Go here. Banned? Go there. Etc. But troll n roll is right, you can never fully eliminate this. No matter what you do, there will always be people who just make a forum post somewhere else.

Personally I don't see this as a problem that needs to be solved. There's nothing wrong with people occasionally posting somewhere else and then immediately being pointed in the right direction. Some may even prefer that over trying to figure it out for themselves and I don't think anyone in the forum community really minds. If anything it just brings a little more activity to the forums.

Believe it or not mostly every job I've had has been some form of food or IT service. 100% it'll happen. But it minimizes the risk of someone posting personal information that could be used to hack/recover their account in the wrong section (I'm like 90% sure this happened a couple weeks ago). That was mostly my concern and why I think it should be reduced as much as possible, not so much the forums clutter or an attempt to eliminate it completely.

I mean if you're playing an RSPS, which likely puts you in a younger demographic more familiar with technology and the internet in general, and you get yourself hacked and then proceed to post sensitive information on a forums section which is clearly public, you're beyond redemption lol. This isn't some forums that 70 year olds visit and mess up by accidentally posting their credit card info because Bilal would send them a laptop for free but needed the number for verification xD.

The amount of idiots posting actual sensitive information is way too low to mess with the forums layout or even implement some system giving a prompt to first time (in x time) logins. Especially if it's pretty obvious where to get help even for a player who has never used the forums before.

Edit: As for some support button, many wont even click on a support button. Some might not even understand what it means. Heck if you put "support" it might be considered to be another link to donations even for native English speakers. If you want them to be more likely to click it, you'll have to make it big and ugly. Also not really the main point of forums in general since they're not an official helpdesk. PKH may use a small portion of it as the helpdesk but that's a choice made years ago. We just don't have enough people in general for an actual helpdesk that would eliminate this issue, and we don't have enough idiots for a fix that wont filter out "all" idiots.
