I want a specific named account.

Hi guys,
New to the server, and forums, so hi first of all!
I was speaking to a mod (forget the name) yesterday about how I was trying to make a new account so I could use my honor token on it, but I really want a unique name.
- I know it's lame but, I was trying to get a good one word name for about 40 minutes and noticed every single one is taken.
- The mod then said you can make a post on forums and assuming it passes specific "checks" then its doable for a price of in game gold? how much would it be?
So I was hoping to do that, I have several names that I would take, does anyone know where I should post this to get some help?
The names I'd want:
- Lime
- Melon
- Pink
- Blue
- Gold
