What should the cost of a room be?

When buying a house at the estate agent, you'll have the option to choose how big you want your house to be. You'll be limited in the amount of rooms you can put into your house, and the more rooms you want, the more you'll be paying.
The prices for houses are at the moment as follows (may be changed yet):
3 rooms - 1M coins
10 rooms - 20M coins
25 rooms - 100M coins
250 rooms - 2B coins
On top of this, whenever a player wants to add a room to their house, they'll need to pay an additional amount of coins for each room they wish to build. Rooms of a higher level will usually have a higher cost, but most rooms will be in pretty much the same price range.
What should the price of a room be? Let me know what you think. Personally, I think would put the price range at 1 - 30M for each room.

I honestly belive 10m-20m a room is good enough, so I voted for 1m-30m

Theres no skill that we can waste our money on it without getting some of it back
We want to waste some + take some cash out of eco , i believe 10-300m will be good

250 rooms should cost 2147M or 5B. So i voted 1-30M or so, but I'd be happy with it costing slightly more.

Each room will indeed have a different price, within a certain price range. If the prices would be in the range of 1 - 30M, a garden could cost 1M, a parlour 2M, a kitchen 3M etc.
More useful rooms (chapel, workshop, treasure room, ...) will have a higher cost, while purely cosmetic rooms (bedroom, parlour, dining room, ...) will have a fairly low cost.

That's a brilliant idea.

I know this is offtopic, Mike. But is there a possibilty to add butlers instead of bankers, to minimize the botting in player owned houses?
Sorry if i'm being a hassle, tho.
