Double pets weekend & 7 day Castle Wars

Thanks to Simon for his suggestion, I've decided to double the pet droprates on all pets for the whole weekend (starting now until Monday morning, see ::events). On top of that, I have also enabled a 7 days long Castle Wars event, starting right after the last CW event of today and ending right before the weekly CW events of next Friday.
