Corrupt gear degrades while being worn and requires 20 to use.
Non-corrupt gear degrades in combat and requires 78 to use. What are chaotic weapons? Where do i get PvP Gear/Chaotic weapons? How do i get pkp? Where do i get Barrows Gear?
Minigame teleport, Barrows option. Levels 1-99 I recommend using your spell book and clicking the combat training teleport where you then select the Rellekka option. Rock crabs have always been the quickest/easiest option for just getting 99 combat stats.

Level 99+
On PkH our skill ceiling goes up to 2,000,000,000 experience. So the stretch from not just 13.1m to 200m but from 200m to 2b takes some dedication. try the spoiler for some suggestions to maxing your experience. -----------------------------------------------

Havent took time to read it but did you added effect of barrow gear ?(edit : nvm readed what you have leftto add )

As of combst xp with slayer , would say you csn get 1 slayer xp for 10 combat xp or 2 slay xp for 20 combat xp
