It`s a pretty good guide! Although the chances of getting a Helm of Neitiznot are random, I killed about 40 Moss Giants without getting one and then I got 1 every couple kills or so. Chance and luck are random things that can`t be guessed or measured. It`s all a chance of randomness and you can`t get frustrated if you don`t get a drop.

I used to do this on a new account also just saying I sold over 30 nez helms in the ge for 20m took about 3 days and this was before bounty hunter so people do buy them in the ge

Does moss giant's still drop helm of neitiznot?
