Updated on 11 October 2014:
-> Increased the amount of tickets players receive at the end of a Castle Wars game by 33%
-> Players who are banned from pVp activities will no longer be able to join Castle Wars
-> As of now, admins can start a Castle Wars event, where the rewards for a game will be doubled. Normally there should be a Castle Wars event tomorrow (Sunday), though this is unconfirmed at this time.
-> Fixed the bug where players can keep their hood and cape if they leave the waiting room at the last second
-> Dropped bandages and barricades will now vanish instead of falling on the ground

Updated on 8 October 2014:
-> The Zamorak team will now receive the proper amount of Castle Wars tickets if they win a game - CW has been re-enabled
-> You can no longer explode barricades from a distance
-> You can no longer spear enemies into a barricade

Updated on 7 October 2014:
-> Fixed the bug with ranged XP, you can now once again gain ranged XP
-> You can no longer attack players inside the castle wars respawn area
-> You can no longer enter a CW respawn area with a flag
-> Zamorak team can now once again score points in CW
-> Your own flag no longer needs to be safe in order to score points in CW

Updated on 6 October 2014:
-> When being frozen or snared, you are now immune against the freeze effect for 4.8 seconds instead of 2.4 seconds once the freeze wears off
-> Castle Wars games are now shorter: 15 minutes instead of 20 minutes
-> Fixed a bug that allowed players to purchase items in the castle wars whop without requiring the tickets (all bought items have been confiscated and the players refunded)
-> Fixed a bug in Castle Wars that allowed players to score points at the enemy flag stand

Updated on 5 October 2014:
-> Castle wars! Please refer to http://forums.pkhonor.net/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=33753 for more information in regards to its rewards!
Other than that, the minigame works just like in real RuneScape. Anything that's different is explained by the Castle Wars shop salesman.
-> Addition of ::cw command which tells you how many players there are playing Castle Wars at the moment.
-> Fixed the ignore list bug, you can now once again remove people from your ignore list
-> New background - credit to Patel

In the next few weeks we will analyze Castle Wars and see if there is anything that needs improvement/changing. In the mean time, however, we will focus on more smaller updates in our In-Game Suggestions subforum until we are completely certain that there is nothing left to fix with Castle Wars.

Client background looks nice! Could you make the login part a bit transparent so we can see the whole background?

Update: Castle Wars has been temporarily disabled due to an exploit that allows players to score a lot of points in Castle Wars without effort. This bug will be taken care of tomorrow, after which the minigame will be re-enabled.
