Not bad but a thing to note would be check ge for buyers, cause they don't always sell for that much you don't wanna make a bunch and sell for cheaper. As a side note

yh i agree but if no 1 is selling in GE u can still sell in store for 4k ea which is still 23k profit per uncut diamond so no matter what your gonna double ur money off this guide

If you want to know a better money making guide super prayers! req. 97 herblore (30m or so to get) and then buy bonemeal and pray potions from either shops or ge. you can alch for 150k sell to general store for 125k or maybe sell to players for a price inbetween or above.
