Mass disconnect issues fixed!

After months of struggling to find the source of mass disconnects (which happens about once every 3 - 5 days), we have finally managed to determine the source and fix the problem!
Today we've managed to reproduce the problem and consistently mass DC everyone on the testserver (in exactly the same way people got mass disconnected on the real server), so we're confident that we found the source.
The problem had something to do with our database causing the server to hang on a very rare occasion. We do not know why this hanging wasn't logged anywhere, but the important thing is that it has been fixed now.
The fix will be applied on the server in an update later today. As of then, I'm confident mass disconnect issues will be a thing of the past! The only thing that could still cause downtime or disconnects is technical problems at the hosting company, but those happen less than once a year.
And yet again we get one step closer to perfection...
