Clan PVM loot

At the moment, whenever there are multiple players killing a monster, the players who dealt the most damage total gets the loot.
If a member of a clan dealt the highest hit, the loot goes to that clan if lootshare is enabled, and then the person with the highest lootshare potential gets the item (reducing his lsp and adding extra lsp to the othe clan members).
However, new players and players who cannot afford great equipment are often unable to get any loot at all, because they are being outhit by players with better gear.
My suggestion to solve this problem, is to give a +3% bonus to the damage a clan member deals, for every clan member that is nearby. For example, if a player has dealt 100 damage to a monster and he's in a clan of 3 players, his damage would count for 100*(1 + 0.03*3) = 100*1.09 = 109. This damage bonus caps at +12%.
Let me know if you want me to implement this, leave the system the way it is, or propose another suggestion.
