Privacy is a garentteed with it,its your own little world. I want to respect every aspect of it,but what IF there's flaming going on at your house?

Instead of ::housecall,How about players can kick people from their house, that way if a problem occurs, then the owner can deal with it. Perhaps the owner could do ::houseban-playername-reason;let players have some power as well, this is their house after all..and they can simply do ::houseunban (::hb,::hub) to allow that player back in,a server message would be awesome too.
Thats fair to all players,And I need to ask, what would moderators do in inaccessible areas? If they dupe, they'll report it; If they find a glitch, they'll report it. If they don't,and they get caught, they get punished.

So I can go to the edge of the server, yay .-. I'm all alone and can move a short distance.

It should be like a ::private, if you don't like what's being said, you can leave it. If there is flaming, the player can leave and get away easily (same with clans). But yes, being able to ban a player sounds like a good idea :P

*Possible Issue: Talking in a house (and flaming) could be taken out of context and screenshotted elsewhere, to give the allusion of the flaming taking place somewhere public. A way to resolve this would have to be found if we can have similar laws to clan chats in our houses.

Instead of adding a kick/ban command, simply add people to your ignore list to make sure they can't enter your house. Simple yet effective and doesn't require any extra coding work.
Also, anyone who is kicked or banned from your clan channel will not be allowed inside your house either. So those commands you suggested basically already exist.
I do need to fix the ignore list first though, but that's pretty much on the top of my to-do list.

As for staff members, I think I'll give the house owners the same kind of privacy they have in ::private. This means mods and admins will not be allowed in someone's house if they are in the ignore list or don't have the proper rank in the clan chat of the house owner (depending on the privacy settings of the house as chosen by its owner).
If there is abuse or offensive language in a house, then it will be up to the house owner to kick the person out by adding them to their ignore list. If abuse in houses seems to get out of hand, I may eventually choose to revoke the privilege of privacy in a house - that's all up to the players themselves.
Super users will obviously always be able to enter another player his house.

29 July 2013 update:
-> Added noclipping checks so you can't walk through any walls or objects
-> Added the ability to change the portal where players spawn in the house. If you have a second garden with a portal, you can right-click a portal and click 'Set default' to set the portal as default.
If you remove your default portal, the other portal in your house will become the default spawning point. If you only have one portal in your entire house, you cannot remove it.
