Slayer task streak of 25, can't attack them unless on a slayer task, open to everyone sounds great to me.

Sounds nice! Do you need a certain slayer level for it? Or could i go there with 50 slayer by killing 15 goblin tasks? :p

Honestly, I like the stats the way they are.
Steadfast boots should be buffed by +1 or +2 more strength to increase their value and worth; having the same strength bonus as dragon boots though I can see some players not wanting them just for that factor.
Glaiven boots are solid in my opinion, +2 more than ranger boots in offensive capability, and more defence bonuses across the board.
Ragefire boots are solid as well, having +1 more magic attack and defence bonus than infinity boots. However, consider giving a 5% - 10% boost to magic damage, that would be nice. After all, these are best-in-slot boots!
Overall pretty excited about hunting these bad boys, can't wait for this update!

Still think that they should be premium only. There are A LOT of premiums ingame and a TON of normal players, I doubt anyone will be complaining that they are premium.

We can't make every new monster premium only.
