Few things with Ultimate Ironman -
- Can't unnote the items in starter pack
- Can't unnote any items from any shops
- Can't turn in any noted items to Wise Old Man for achievements (can't remember if items like dragon bones and shit need to be noted)
- Won't be able to turn in any noted items to the gnome guy for the Correcting History quest.

Pretty much anything involving noted items (noted item drops, etc).

Additional information for dspear glitch: The dspear special does not work in succession, it requires 1 extra game tick before the special will work again.

This is supposed to happen, it's like that on osrs.

looting items from one square away or activating objects from one square away always has been on the original server and I love it

- In the normal prayerbook if you toggle off your quickprayers it doesn't toggle off (reset) all other prayers that were active. It should, curses work fine. Something's just odd about it, it doens't always work. but for example protect item quickprayer, then do protect magic too, toggle on and off quickprayer as often as you want but protect magic stays up.

EDIT:

I also have a suggestion, why don't you make Ultimate IronMan Mode really HARD, wich somewhat failed with normal IronMan wich was not hard enough and people got quite bored of it too fast.

My suggestion is to have Ultimate Ironman NO starter at all, perhaps only it's special armour, but that's it.
