Agreed. The cape isn't even remotely worth paying 100b for when practically everyone has the ability to get one. Especially if you don't ever plan to use death. Seems like a big waste to me.

Completionist Cape (t) should require 46B XP. The regular cape should not.

Imo like 100M or 200M in all skills should be the req. For comp cape.
