Optimally, equal top rankers should be sorted by time achieved, rather than alphabetically.
I doubt this is possible though, as I can't see why the highscores as they stand now would incorporate timestamps.
Would be pretty awesome.
As Brad said though, not sure if its even possible.
You can sort it on pretty much on everything you want,
But to do this you have to keep track of the date you achieved those 2b xps,and i don't think they saved those data.(can be wrong tough)

As far as I know this was only registered with the implementation of the bookcase so its indeed not possible.

As people said, we haven't been tracking this for most of the time and still kinda aren't. Yes 2B XP achievements go in the bookcase but we can't use those achievements in the highscores. Every player would need to have timestamps for every skill or stat to indicate when it was last increased, which would pretty much double the size of the data. Then we'd have to rewrite the way stats are saved, because right now all stats are saved in 1 go. We'd have to start doing them one by one so we can check which ones have actually gone up and update the according timestamps. Then we can set about rewriting half of the highscores again and even then we'd end up with an imperfect system, since we can never ever provide the correct order for the past 8 years or so.

So yeah I think sorting the shared ranks alphabetically is the best we can do.

As for PKP, it's actually implemented but currently inaccessible as the jury is still out on whether or not we want it in the highscores. :P

Have the highscores always been alphabetical for rankings?

I like seeing high scores based on exp, not name and levels.

They are. Names are only used when 2 people have the same XP. The only exception is Overall, where the level takes precedence over the XP.

I made a thread to keep track of Ironmen who reach each 2b skill first. http://forums.pkhonor.net/viewtopic.php?f=34&t=51181
