> Dagannoth Prime and Dagannoth Rex specific slayer tasks have been removed. If you get a Dagannoth slayer task, any king will do to complete it.
> All monsters found in a Player-Owned House dungeon have been removed from Hard slayer tasks and added to Medium slayer tasks (Werewolf, Troll, Hellhound, Cyclops, TzHaar-Ket, Shade and Black Demon)
> The Ogre slayer task has been removed altogether
> Tormented Demon, Black Demon, Black Dragon, Iron Dragon, Steel Dragon, Mithril Dragon, Dark Beast and Ice Strykewyrm have been removed from Elite slayer tasks (both from the wilderness and non-wilderness tasks) and added to the Hard slayer tasks. Elite slayer tasks now only contain bosses (apart from Glacors and Revenants which are still part of the elite wilderness slayer tasks)

> The Barrows Chest now has a small chance of yielding an Elite clue scroll as additional reward.
Risky barrows doesn't have this, but you can still get an easy clue scroll from them. This way, you have to choose between faster Barrows items (risky) or a chance at elite scrolls (regular).

> There is now a secondary PK'ing leaderboard, where everything you did in the wilderness in the past 3 hours is taken into account. The bonuses obtained from this leaderboard are the same as the ones obtained from the current (7 day) leaderboard.

> Transformed players can no longer enter the wilderness
> Players can now kill honor players within the wilderness, regardless of combat level, but honor players cannot retaliate.
> Honor players can no longer teleport to others within the wilderness, nor can they use ::tele to teleport within the wilderness. We have not yet added any new honor features to compensate for this, but those will be added soon.
> New players under starter protection cannot enter the wilderness.

> Fixed a bug where the maximum hit, attack and defense levels of Glacies (the Nex minion) and the Kalphite Queen 2nd form were far too low (this bug was introduced in an update 2 weeks ago)
> You will no longer get any of the 6 barrows brother as a specific slayer task - instead, you can now only receive "Barrows Brothers" as task, where any brother will do to complete the task.
> Glacors are now non-aggressive towards players if the player is already attacking someone else (just like every other wilderness NPC outside multi-combat zones)
> The Kalphite Queen & Dagannoth King lairs are now accessible to anyone, even if you haven't completed any achievements. However, you will not get any hand cannon or dragon defender drops until you have completed the appropriate amount of achievements.

> New players now receive an additional 10 super strength potions (4), 10 super attack potions (4) and 50 noted sharks as starter items.
> The new player starter protection has been lowered to 20 minutes instead of 30 minutes. This means you can trade, stake, PK etc. as of 20 minutes.
> New players can participate in Bounty Hunter as soon as they have played for at least 30 minutes (used to be 2 hours minimum)

> Fixed a bug where being in a too low wilderness level with a Bounty Hunter target assigned would result in a negative timer. As of now, being in too low level wilderness for too long can result in a penalty (as it should be).
> You can now have more than 1 Bounty Hunter emblem at any time (as it used to be when we first implemented Bounty Hunter).
> The rewards for Bounty Hunter emblems have been slightly rebalanced, you now get 1K, 2K, 3.5K, 5K, 8K, 12K, 18K, 26K, 35K and 45K Bounty Hunter points (for tier 1 - 10) instead of 500, 1K, 2K, 4K, 7.5K, 17.5K, 25K, 35K and 50K points.
> The artifacts you can get as a drop from Bounty Hunter kills now all have a different value. Instead of a fixed value of 25M, they now have a value of 5M, 10M, 12M, 15M, 20M, 22M, 24M, 26M, 28M, 30M, 35M, 40M, 45M, 50M, 100M, 150M and 200M (valued in the same order as listed here: http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Ancient_artefacts). This means the average value is now 47M. However, their droprates have been slightly lowered.

> The overall chance on receiving a clue scroll from monsters has been increased
> All bosses now have a much higher chance of dropping a hard or elite clue scroll - generally, the harder the boss, the higher the chance. The WildyWyrm, Nex and the Chaos Elemental have the highest chances of all, followed by the Corporeal Beast and Nomad.
Keep in mind: all wilderness monsters have higher chances than monsters outside the wilderness and the WW, KBD & Chaos ele have a higher chance of dropping elite clues rather than hard clues.
Aside from all bosses, some high level NPC's also have higher chances of dropping clues, including Bork, all Nex minions (Glacies, Cruor, Fumus & Umbra), Ice Strykewyrms, Tormented Demons, Glacors, Mithril Dragons, POH Dragon Guardian and POH Revenant Guardian.
> Defeating TzTok-Jad can now also result in you receiving an elite clue scroll (unlike all other bosses, it doesn't give hard scrolls)

> The Frozen Waste Plateau in the deep wilderness (North of the Glacors, East of the agility course) now has 10 Frost dragons, available for all players. The Ice warriors have been removed and it is no longer a WildyWyrm spawn location. The entire area is multi-combat.
> All Frost dragons now also drop elite clue scrolls (on the next client update, their combat level will be changed to 275 - the minimum required for elites)
> All Frost dragons now have a chance of dropping 1 - 3 noted frost dragon bones, on top of the unnoted one that always drops
> There is now a Rocktail fishing spot available in the wilderness to all players - see the image below for its location (regular players can now also purchase living minerals from the general store).

> The Thermonuclear Smoke Devil and Giant Mole their drops have been slightly buffed (see https://wiki.pkhonor.net/stats/drops)
> You can now only use the lever in the KBD lair when standing right next to it - being one or more spaces away from it will no longer work
> Fixed a bug where you wouldn't get any slayer XP or slayer points from kill a barrows brother if you had them as a slayer task but left the burrow too fast
> Fixed a bug where you could get a new tier 1 emblem from a Bounty Hunter kill even if you hadn't
> Fixed a bug where the person who got killed (rather than the killer) would get 50 - 250 extra PkHonor Points if the killer is ranked first on the leaderboards
> Fixed a bug where a killstreak shown on the leaderboard couldn't be higher than 255 (the maximum is now 65,535)
> The Frost dragons in the deep wilderness can no longer attack players who are inside the agility course. They will also no longer pile someone, so no more than 1 or 2 Frost dragons at any time will be aggressive towards a specific player.

> Ironman Mode players can no longer droptrade items to other accounts. Since this was never intended, we have decided to reverse all droptrades that involved items from high and elite clue caskets from Ironman Mode players that could only be obtained by Ironman mode players (such as custom whips, 3rd age druidic items etc.).
We'll soon allow Ironman mode players to revert their status back to normal (with a 1 week delay and a lot of restrictions to counter hackers), then you can trade the items over as you want - however, the special items that I mentioned above will first be reverted back to the appropriate high and elite clue caskets, since you should only be able to obtain them through donating or voting on regular accounts.
Donator/premium statuses that weren't donated for will also be converted back into whatever you paid for it (unless you donated for it, then you'll keep it) when you revert back to normal.
> The requirements for obtaining donator and premium status on Ironman mode accounts have been removed altogether (but of course you still have to pay the money + points or donator credits to obtain it). Enjoy!

> We've removed the Grand Exchange tax as a means of making the GE more user-friendly and easier to understand for newcomers. We're well aware that this means one less money sink, but the amount of coins in the economy isn't exactly a problem. We may re-add the tax later on if we believe it's necessary, but at least for now you get to enjoy one of the best Grand Exchange systems in RSPS without the annoyance of tax :)
> The Pkhonor and Help clan channels have been merged into one (Pkhonor). Helpers and mods can still be in the Pkhonor CC and another CC at the same time. This should make communication between players and staff easier and make it easier for new players to get help from others.
> Giant Mole claws are now stackable and you can use them directly on a Giant Mole to stop it from burrowing, without needing to have a pair of claws equipped (one Giant Mole claw will be consumed in the process). Unlike when used with a pair of equipped claws, using it directly will not poison the Mole.
> The occult Necklace now has +24 magic attack bonus instead of +0, but its maximum hit bonus has been lowered to +20% (used to be +22%). The +12 prayer bonus remains unaffected.
This makes it the amulet with the highest magic accuracy and bonus maximum hit in the game (the accuracy bonus is the same as an Arcane Blast necklace, the max hit bonus is the same as an Arcane Pulse necklace).
> All in-game occult necklaces have been replaced with occult orbs and the Thermonuclear Smoke Devil now drops occult orbs instead of occult necklaces
> In order to create an occult necklace, you now need to combine an occult orb with an Arcane Pulse necklace, an Arcane Blast Necklace and an Arcane Stream necklace, requiring a crafting and magic level of 99.
> Mods can now teleport players within the skilling center
> Fixed a bug that allowed Ironman Mode players to obtain extra Barrows chest rewards through the risky Barrows minigame

> Protect from magic and deflect magic no longer reduce freeze, stun, bind or entangle timers, only the damage you take from spells
> Slightly rebalanced melee, ranged and magic in pVp. Magic is now a bit less accurate, while melee and ranged are a bit more accurate. We may do additional tweaks if necessary, based on the feedback we get from our players
> The 'PJ' timer in the wilderness has been lowered to 3.6 seconds (6 game ticks) instead of 7.8 seconds. However, in Edgeville wilderness, the PJ timer is still 7.8 seconds. This should prevent people from getting their opponent stolen all the time in Edgeville, but still allow for tag teaming in the rest of the wilderness.
> Added the ::lastdeath command, which will give you a summary of your last death (stating which player dealt how much damage)
> New staff crowns!

> As of now, any poison damage you deal counts towards your total damage dealt (both towards players and NPC's).
> The Ring of Life will now only work up to level 30 wilderness
> The Amulet of Glory now works up to level 30 wilderness
> You can now be in the PkHonor clan channel and any other CC at the same time (just like our helpers and mods always could). To do this, first you need to join the CC of your choice and then click the 'Help' button on the client. Then you can use forward slash ('/') to talk in your primary CC and backslash ('\') to talk in the PkHonor CC.
One thing we want to make abundantly clear: this is still mostly for help-related subjects (although buying and selling isn't really a problem, keep it to a minimum). If there's any harassment, excessive spam or toxic behavior, we'll revert this change and only allow helpers and mods to be in the PkHonor CC at the same time as another CC.

> The Pest Control pests are now aggressive again
> The game will now take the amount of participants and their combat level into account to determine the combat level of the pests, as well as how many pests will spawn
> Pests will now regularly spawn at one or more portals (depending on the number of players)
> When starting a game of PC, there will be an initial number of pests that spawn at one or more portals
More Pest Control improvements will be coming later. Once the rework is done, we'll be releasing Elite Void equipment which will require you to have completed the Pest Invasion quest.

> A lot of minor bugfixes which I forgot about, but they've definitely made the game better, amirite?
> A lot of changes and minor improvements under the hood, required for additional content
> Something's roaming the wilderness. But don't worry, we're on it.

> Reworked the way following and pathing works: as of now, whenever you follow another player or NPC, you'll always run straight towards them (rather than retracing the path your target walked, sometimes causing you to go in a circle).
> Reworked the code that causes players to occasionally take 1 - 2 steps back when they click somewhere on the map while running diagonally. I'm not entirely sure my fix will work in every situation, but all my tests seem to indicate that it does work.
> Added barrows chests to your bookcase. However, we couldn't count the chests from the past since we never kept track of them until now.
> Ironman mode players can now get killcount when PK'ing in the wilderness
> A few minor Titan tweaks

> You're no longer immune to freezing if you're already following someone
> You can now run to pick up items in the middle of combat again
> You no longer lose run energy when following someone at walking speed
> Fixed the bug where you would be unable to click or attack an NPC if you're currently already attacking or following an NPC or player
> As of now, if you use ranged attacks or autocast magic on another player and then right-click and 'Follow' the player, you'll walk up to them and follow them while you keep attacking them.
> You can now attack an enemy who's standing on top of you, but only if you're frozen and can't move. If you're not frozen, you'll walk one square to the side and then start attacking them

> Castle Wars reworks:
- Contributing to a CW game (capturing a flag, dealing damage to - and killing - other players, damaging and destroying the main doors and unlocking the small door) now yields a lot more tickets throughout the game
- You now get more 'contribution' tickets if you capture a flag while your team is behind (and even more if your team is even more behind). If your team is ahead, you'll get fewer contribution points.
- The amount of tickets you get after a game has been slightly lowered
- Losing a CW game now results in 1/3rd of the tickets that the winners get, instead of 1/5th
- All freeze timers in Castle Wars have been halved. If you have a protection prayer against magic on (at the time you get hit), the timer will even be reduced to 1/3rd of the usual freezing time
> Fixed the noclipping glitch. The downside: if you spamclick somewhere while already walking/running, you'll tend to walk 1 - 2 steps back sometimes, we're still working on a fix on this age-old problem that has plagued us for the past 6 years. It's nothing too important, but it is rather annoying.
> Added some improvements for our staff team
> Added a few minor improvements for Titans

> If a boss pet is dropped as part of a kill but the one who gets the loot already has that boss pet (or its lucky version), the pet drop will instead go to the person who dealt the second most damage (or a 3rd player if the second player also has a pet, etc). If everyone who dealt damage to that boss already has that pet, it'll go to the player who got the rest of the loot.
> Boss pets are now properly logged in our pickup logs whenever you receive one. I had added the pets to the drop logs several months ago, but I had forgotten that boss pets are not something that can be dropped - they are added directly into your inventory so there's no drop or pickup. I've now added the proper logs so we can retrace any lost pets. Sorry for this mistake (and the lost pets as a result)
> If a clan member receives a boss pet as drop, there will now be a clan broadcast message
> You can now properly pick up items again if you're attacking an NPC
> You'll no longer follow a player after you trade them
> Giant moles now burrow somewhat less often
> If you use a dragon claws special attack while having operated with a mole claw, the poison will now properly apply (it only applied on autoattacks before)
