Hey i just found something wrong in your guide, not sure if they changed it, but it'll help you making it even better. BTW, I found this guide really helpful.
Here's what i found, house teleport tablets requirement level is wrong; you require:
Mahogany Demon Lectern: level 84
Mahogany Eagle Lectern: level 89
Oak Demon Lectern: level 94
I don't know about the others, i just tried with these three.
