No, there used to be a server crash where the server would remain offline for several minutes (up to several hours in some cases), which has been resolved. It was quite a problem before, but not anymore now.
There do however seem to be brief disconnect issues (a few times a day) where several players seem to disconnect at the same time for an unknown reason. Sadly, I have no yet found the cause of this but am doing everything I can do track it down so I can fix it.

Server seemed perfectly stable today though.
