Even rambo a known mercher buys all donor credits for 4M each. At that price you’re 300B for an apron. I personally think aprons should be sold at 40K credits to make it profitable to donate for and also profitable to buy donator credits and save them to buy this item. As it sits at 75K credits people lost hope and stoped buying the credits. I couldn’t see 1 of the 10 aprons being sold in the shop if the price does not drop to 40-50K credits.
That does make me wonder... What if we dropped the apron to 50K and then suddenly people start buying credits for 6M each, perhaps because they're prepared to pay 300B for one of those aprons. Would you then say we need to keep lowering it even further?
Not to play devil's advocate here but I do get the impression that how much people are willing to pay for credits is purely a question of how many B's they get out of it in the end. So if we drop the apron price by 50% you might just find that people are willing to pay 50% more for credits to buy one. There's far more demand for credits than there is supply after all, mostly the buyers are just trying to outbid each other as much as they can while keeping it worthwhile. But I guess from the point of view of a donator that's exactly what you want, more gp for your donations.

I couldn’t imagine someone paying more then 5M per credit. Also even at that point you’re paying 250B for an apron which is street price. Thus me recommending lower the price to a practical 40K credits.
As u stated before the price of donator credits are incredibly low for the IRL dollar you spend on it and has no progressed with the eco in the past 5 years. I think the practical thing to do would be make aprons 45K each, still only allow 10 to be sold to maintain the street price of them but also giving people a reason to donate. Also a good valuation of how much in game GP you get for donating (x) is due.
On a side note, if credits rise to 5M per that is great for the eco, the stability of the server as well, meaning more donations for the server and a great reason for people to donate and capitalize on the time while ultra rares remain in the shop.
Also nobody is prepared to pay market price or above market price for a apron out of the donator shop when we could simply haggle with people who currently have them

The only reason credits are 5M right now is because of the influx of new items in the donor store. I can't possible see the credits staying at that price.

credits have been sold for weeks now at 4M+ each
Also if you’re worried about in game price decrease from lowering the cost of credits it costs then only allow 5 to be sold and maybe add 5 more ultra rares such as wooden for 60K credits etc. (Again only allowing 5 to be sold)

Ok this is honestly really reasonable, didn't really realize how few had been sold instead of kept, thanks for the explanation

That's normal when an item is recently released. Wanna be one of the first to get an item? Better be prepared to grind or shell out some good cash.

If only to prove this guy wrong:

The white apron has now been lowered to 50K credits.
In my
long-ass post I've already explained why we put it at 75K initially but the tl;dr version is that we overpriced it because we were paranoid about upsetting people by putting the price too low. Turns out 75K was just too high, so we knocked 33% off the top and brought them down to 50K. That's where it will stay for the time being. We will not be changing its price again in the foreseeable future, in case anyone is worried they should hold off on buying one in case we lower it further.
PS: If someone had bought one for 75K we would have obviously reimbursed them for the difference, but that wasn't the case.

Great decision IMO.
