Nice guide, and I can confirm that everything stated in this guide is indeed correct. The divine effect is different from what it was on RS (20% damage reduction instead of 30% and 15% prayer point drain instead of 6%), but we deemed the divine to simply be far too strong otherwise. The fact that it now acts as an Elysian spirit shield in PvP was also a much requested change - even though the average damage blocked remains almost the same (just 2.5% less), it is not at least possible to hit high through divines in PvP (in 30% of the cases at least).

Although we might want to have some more debate around the Elysian spirit shield to see if that also doesn't need a few minor tweaks..

The divine should have higher potential in PVP than Elysian, as it's a 3x higher risk.

It used to, but it was just too overpowered so it was nerfed to the same as ely.

Dvine act as ely in wilderniss, but stronger when pvming.
We have more pvmers, thats why its more expensive.

how many prayer points does divine drain? because the consistency of reduced damage may be really beneficial however if it drains too much it may just be better going with elysin one, also thank you for this guide. i had no idea what these shields did until now. ++

PKH wiki was nowhere near as sophisticated as it is now back then. A divine isn't going to be on the OSRS wiki, and it also wont be a 1:1 variant of its RS3 counterpart. PKH has its quirks and Adam perfectly explained what misconceptions there may have been back in 2017. I don't like Adam, but you're just being negative whenever you can towards Adam because he got you tilted in some discussion by trolling you. That's just childish and not cool.

I think he's just trying to say that the guide is also on the wiki.

But I don't think he understands that the wiki-article is actually based on this guide, not the other way around...
