that was already the case. You just needed the achievement now to be able to get dragon defender/hand cannon as drop.

Pretty sure its just for the 3x rate at d defs and handcannons while soloing for all achieves because you unlocked them before the achievements were done and could still get them as a drop but it was alot more rare
