Most of the NPC's you listed is truly trash for consistent moneymakng unless you get real lucky and gets a unique drop. There's more then just elves & sara.. Zamorak, arma, nex, bandos, barrels (are still decent), KQ, kraken, etc.
People like to say there aren't ways to make good money but there are plenty of ways to make some great GP.

I do however feel that Mike should have buffed the unique items that other bosses drop (gwd for instance) to push players to actually want to go to pvming areas that are a bit more difficult.
