U DONT HAVE TO BE A DONATOR TO GO TO NEX AND U MUST COMPLETE LAST JOURNEY QUEST TO BE ABLE TO NEX.IT IS LOCATED ON THE SOUTH EASTERN PART IN GWD NEXT TO ENTRANCE OF ARMA

99,999 RUBY E BOLTS IS MORE THEN ENOUGH TO NEX U CAN ALSO USE MELEE GEAR SUCH AS BANDOS OR TORVA AND CHAOS,RAPIER SOULS,UNHOLY WHIPS AND IF U WANT U CAN EVEN ADD KRAKEN TENTACLES TO UR CUSTOME WHIP SO U CAN ALSO POISON
