How long did you smoke it for? I usually do mine for about 1 1/2 hours per lb, just falls apart.

it came out fucking amazing lol sorry completely forgot about uploading the picture and then i went fishing all morning since like 5am today. Since it was 16 pounds I didn't want to take all day so I did around 350-375° for 45 mins/pound, I didn't inject any rub, but it came out amazing, I let it sit for only 2 hours
