Arguably should be #4 since the #2 got 19 kills for a total of 0 wealth dropped so that doesn't really count.

Unfortunately it is quite easy to boost this currently. You could just grab a few trills and go kill your own alt 10 times and suddenly you would be the biggest risker. There may be some checks I can add to try to filter out boosted kills but I think they would also weed out a lot of legitimate kills.
