Mike it looks very good. one thing though.
It doesn't register spell book swaps.
For example dhing preset switched to a mage setup does not change lunar spellbook to ancients, if this can be changed would be good QoL.

Would be awesome, should it apply to prayers as well? If so, what about people with temp curses? perhaps that's a feature which you get only with perm curses?

the preset should take your comp/max out of refund as well. just a little QoL.

EDIT: and it should take the closest thing out of refund for it. As most people only have 1 of a certain enchanted comp.

Hmm... So then everyone could use any bank booth to swap spell/prayer books? Not sure if that's desireable.

It seems kinda silly to hardcode such exceptional behaviour just for one item. We could let the presets take things from refund more generally but I think that's a bridge too far and also a bad idea. For starters you would only be able to do this for items which can be refunded for free. These free-refund items (equipment in particular) are something we generally try to avoid and get rid of. It's entirely possible max/comp cape won't stay free to refund, then it couldn't automatically be put into presets anyway.

There's a reason why we made the refundbox a separate thing rather than just putting those items in your bank. We don't wanna just put the item back on your account without you noticing. We want you to see it and acknowledge the receipt by taking it out manually. If items get taken out of it automatically through presets it will probably just lead to confusion. Besides... Something like a broken fire cape (if/when we add that) you would also have to repair manually before your preset could use it again.

Come to think of it, why should we make it even more convenient to PK with max/comp cape? I thought people wanted us to make them less attractive PK'ing options, not more.

I see no need in doing so, since you can press esc in the same game tick as taking out your preset. It would only get annoying after a while.
