As for Saradomin Sword, I know that its special will "hit 5 - 16 extra magic damage", but do you always have guaranteed 5 damage, or can the spec also hit 0 magic damage if you have magic def (or like 3 damage if you have protect from magic on)?
Yeah, im pretty sure you are always guaranteed a 5, If its not that way on Rs, it at least should be here.

I think they got fixed by themselves because of the combat rework (tested them just now and they look fine to me), but you may want to try them out for yourself. Same with throwing axes.

the special animations are off, but the javelins in combat are good

Mike, can you make the autocasting barrage interface instantly show up just like the updates to the weapon switching timings?
