It is already done on the Wiki by me.

How long it took me: I used Staff of Light, Arcane SS, Seers Ring (i), Ragefire Boots, Brawler gloves, Occult necklace, and third age Druidic cloak,wreath,top, and bottom. I used 2 Overloads, 2 Super restores, 8 Super prayer potions and the rest brews and my Blood Barrage Runes. You should only use overloads at around wave 30-35. Bring more overloads if you wish.

4:18 Finished Round 40 - YOU MUST FINISH ROUND 40. So when you see the Wave 41 text in your chat, you know you've completed it. Just let yourself get killed by the zombies, and you are done.

REMEMBER TO BRING A SALVE AMULET (e) OR SALVE AMULET. It has a 15% damage bonus and automatic soulsplit effect against undead monsters (such as zombies).
I forgot this and used an occult necklace. It would've been faster had I used a Salve Amulet.

Can attest, with salve e and virtus was a little faster but the inventory is solid.
