Looks like opinions are pretty divided. So the following changes were made:

- A few of the ugly/unfitting memes were removed
- All the "MS Paint" memes are now hidden from the posting page

I hope this solution is the ideal middle road. Thank you all for your feedback.

PS: A few more may be removed in the future. Depends if people abuse/overuse them.

ehhh i guess that works. there should be a toggleable option whether you want to see (new) smilies like in the user control panel.
