The drops will not be much special - at least not worth to PVM in a dungeon unless it's for a slayer assignment. The chest will hold much more valuable rewards.

In that case it would be a shame to have the hardest boss in a POH.. as hard boss i expect a boss where you need like 3+ players to kill with some nice drops also. Nomad is known to be a hard boss and when you put it in a poh it would be a waste of nomad being a poh guardian :/

It's the one thing that makes 99 construction worth doing. And Nomad is the one exception to monsters in a dungeon - he will have quite good drops even for players who aren't the house's owner.
Also, I believe it's a nice change to the usual way bosses work. Up until now, all bosses were found in a dungeon somewhere, several of them requiring quests to find them. We now have the first boss that can only be found through means of skilling.

Btw this will give combat users a nice 99 reward.

Can skillers get a special also?

It's called the throne room ;) Having swag whilst your friends come and sit on a Magic Carpet for you to doom them to their death; is the skillers reward / special.

Actually, this shouldn't be over looked.

Skillers should have a nice fat bonus for 99 con.

That would be brawling gloves.
When worn, any set of brawling gloves will give you +30% experience and pkhonor points when training the skill related to the gloves (does not stack with bonus XP from skilling inside your POH). They are sold in the construction shop (estate agent) and require level 99 construction, an amount of coins and an amount of PkHonor points to purchase.

Only reasons I hadn't mentioned that yet was because I hadn't added them yet, and because I'm not yet sure how much they should cost.
