22 September update: chairs and fireplaces can be used by players. Players can now also add every piece of furniture, as well as NPC's in their dungeon. Noclip-proof.

Made it maself...should have touched up the PK Honor symbol before lightening it so you can't see the editing of it, oh well.(edit: fixed it)Good luck(or patience).
