This is because something went wrong with the incremental cache update during release and in order to hotfix it I just repacked the whole cache (which included a base settings file that I didn't think about). It won't happen on every release and in fact it also won't happen to players who update after I make this post as I've plucked the settings file from the cache update.

We also attempted a fix for slow cache downloads which seems to have worked. Would be interested in hearing this confirmed from more people who were having the slow downloads.

@Raj can you take a look at the spawn location logic for LMS? When games start with 2 players, sometimes we arent spawning near each other. Thank you
