Edit: Try deleting your cache, let me know what happens. It’s at %USERPROFILE%/PkHonor on windows (just paste that into your explorer address bar)

I would indeed advise to delete your entire "cache" folder (usually found in C:\Users\yourusername\PkHonor\). That should hopefully resolve the issue you're currently having.

im going to try the portable client, i couldnt get the jar client to work because there was nowhere to click to run the game

okay so the portable version now works, it didnt before you guys did the little thingy you did. I am currently in the game. extracted the portable to my desktop and played the play_pkhonor_windows in the folder. - thank you guys for looking into this asap. you're all the best!

Hey, hi, my pc tells me there´s a Image ever since the last update/patch. I can´t really seem to get the game running because of it. Anything I can do or should be worried about? @Mike @Raj

That is indeed the issue we’re trying to sort out. Try redownloading your client, since it looks to be solved on our end, you might just be using a client that can’t update itself because it can’t start

That is indeed the "false positive" flagging by Microsoft of our client. Nothing to worry about, your computer is not at risk in any way. Hopefully this should no longer be an issue as of our most recent client. As Raj has advised, please try redownloading the most recent version from our download page and let us know if it still doesn't work for whatever reason.
