Dont get me wrong i love pkh, and enjoy playing. i just overdid it. And for people dealing with the same type of problems / any problems and are having an escape in the game, they should try to be open about it to people they trust. playing the game the whole day as an escape will maybe work for a few weeks but the problems wont suddenly disseapear.
Many of us are struggling with similar issues as well but hardly anyone ever talks about it. I'm going to miss seeing you around. Best Wishes
