Goodbye for now brother! I'm glad you are putting your own wellbeing first, it's a step in the right direction! I'm sure there are others here in the same boat which instead of trying to get better, they delve into the game for 10-15 hours a day as an escape

Dont get me wrong i love pkh, and enjoy playing. i just overdid it. If i can control it better to make it a maximum per day or atleast alot less then i did. it would be fine/better but at this moment i know i cant.

And for people dealing with the same type of problems / any problems and are having an escape in the game, they should try to be open about it to people they trust. playing the game the whole day as an escape will maybe work for a few weeks but the problems wont suddenly disseapear.
