Don't force buff dead content items please. Scythe just isn't the best melee weapon so it's price isn't justifiable imo. But until the price crashes I don't see the need for a drop table revamp. Add something new to the rewards why not.

Personally not a big fan of all that new stuff anyways, that's why I stopped playing osrs in the first place.
