I get it that he was hacked but that happened a year ago so no chance of him getting back the lost items. I think instructing him to appeal the punishment (ban) would've been more fitting.

Thats a recovery not a refund

If accepted, he'll get his acc unbanned and the pass if needed. If he appeals he'll be redirected to recoveries/only get the ban lifted but no pass

My mistake regarding the recovery. And it's possible he got hacked again. So yeah, I guess I shouldn't talk and should just let the big boys handle everything.
