It's literally impossible to do Nylo room in under 6:50. The boss itself is not hard, but they spawn for a long ass time even if you are efficiently killing them. Unless there is some mechanic that I am completely missing.

Every time you kill a big nylo, 2 non-aggro small ones spawn

Have you done the PkHonor ToB or no, this is correct but has nothing to do with why Nylo isn't doable under 6 minutes, the game creates massive waiting periods between waves if you are ahead of pace making it impossible to actually start the boss until somewhere around 4:30, no matter how good your team is

Why would I waste time doing content that is designed worse when I can do it with max gear on the real game?

It seems that the code for the waves is wrong. Waves should only be delayed if the cap of nylocas is reached, and will begin spawning when the number of nylos in the room goes back under the cap
