You have some good moderators that enforce the laws, but it becomes a joke when it's being 'lifted'. There's no set line for people who repeatedly keep building up their offence history.
Yeah sure, I believe in second chances, but how many is too many? I believe the laws are fine, in theory. They just need more enforcement, a better understanding, for the entire staff team to reach the same conclusion (especially when it comes to the moral laws), and something needs to be done so the community knows you guys don't want to put up with 'shit' anymore.

Before staff became PUSSIES, people were fine.
Feels like the military police all over again.
I always agree with the above.
You need people with back bones. And you need a better training system.
I'm more curious what fetish you have.

Ah you mean back in the day when we could trust our staff members not to abuse their powers? Yeah I wonder what made things change.

If you can't trust a player with power, then why promote said player?

Because we need staff and because they deserve it. If I had to wait until I trusted someone to promote them it would take years to get staff. If it ever happens, because I don't have an easy time trusting people I only know through a DSL wire.
We can't wait that long. We need staff and if they have been behaving really well, they deserve it. But trust isn't absolute. History proves that even the ones you trust can make a wrong turn, especially when given too much freedom. We are forced to be strict with staff, not because we don't trust them, but because we have to protect every single player and because some ex-staff members have abused our trust in the past. Unfortunately those are also the ones who complain about our current staff team.
Trust me, I'd love nothing more than to give everyone total freedom, but if we want PkHonor to survive we simply don't have that luxury.

You trust me, heheh...
Probably not.

More than some people I know in real life. But because staff management is trust on large scale, every now and then someone tries to abuse that trust. We have to be distrustful to some degree, with the greater interests of the server in mind. Anything or anyone that could harm PkHonor we have to be careful with. I'm sorry if that offends anyone, but our primary objective will always be to protect PkHonor.

Could have quoted Stan Lee

I've been speaking to jay Rogers an amazing ex- staff and I agree that racism is not punished harshly enough and the the rule breakers while staff are offline I think punishment needs to be increased 100% for example racism - perm mute automatically. First 3 times appeal on forums 4th time no appeal for 60 days from yell or regular chat, and while staff are off and somebody is reported i say x3 the normal punishment , show that you got to follow rules at all times

So what I gather here is that your inability to trust is adversely affecting the server.
Well shit, there is absolutely no difference between the players nowadays and the players back then. The difference is in the supers as they change, so does their community. The way you lead is the way people follow.
Shitty leadership = Shitty Followers
What happened to some staff abusing their powers has happened every generation of PkHonor, and it has happened on every other server in rsps history. You guys are like those self conscious faggots that get jealous way too fast and are overbearingly protective of their girlfriends just because at one point in their life a girlfriend cheated on them. Those people deserve to be removed from the world for their inability to cope with situations that everyone goes through equally. So I think the question is, do you deserve to remain? Or do you deserve to be removed like them.
P.S. Isn't it part of the qualities of a leader to be able to read people. Oh well, it's not like a server is going to have an actual leader like a Prime Minister lmao. We can't expect you guys to be great.
