This and only This, and give effective things more priority than content that will be like castle wars: Lots of hard work and will be dead in weeks.
Also ingame suggestions section has lots of good and detailed ideas with the opinions of the community, so it doesn't have to start with 'oh Mike pets please' and it goes to the GCQ working it out or you making a new topic about it ignoring the thread from the in game suggestions and starting from scratch...
At least that is how I feel about the way new content is brought to us.
Quality of life updates > fancy stuff
