Correct, there are no grimy herbs in PkHonor.

They would possibly be considered 'rare'.

Not to be a panty buster, but I was the original maker of the Herblore guide that had exp rates, and everything else you could think of.. I do believe it is on Wiki too.. most my guides are... not that I mind or anything.

It's still an okay guide, I'd of added more things into it... but that's because I'm an addict and tend to get OCD when I make my guides.
