Guess I'll have to give that command to mods and admins as well, to reset someone's time played (but only if no donor and less than 100 hours timeplayed).

I'm gonna say this again. 
Everyone will use the personal assistance thing, but can you make sure it brings two people(staff member+player needing help) somewhere, like helpcenter. (I don't want to be helping people in the middle of varrock).

in my opinon, the change you made about the ::help command, will just lead into the old habits from PkHonor,
every player will ask personal assistance. only people who are here for some time will use the clanchat, and honestly, almost no player that plays for some time will have a question.
my guess: 95% of pkhonor will use the personal assistance option.
besides that, i wish you acceptable results and a good start for Pkhonor in 2014 keep going.
