I feel it's fine how it is, and if it was to be changed it should be changed for better rather than for worse.

Lower the maximum hit(especially on divines), timer to 10 minutes, and fix the issue where you can relog to reset the timer(like how the fountain has).

Most people voted to keep the max hit and timer as they are, so I'm going with that. However, I will fix the relog bug with overload timers and DFS recharge timers soon.

The DFS special has a minimum hit of 8 and a maximum hit of 24, and will always hit.

However, if the enemy is praying against magic, has a dfs/anti-dragon shield or is using an antifire potion, the hit will be lower. Only if the enemy uses all 3 these protections, the hit will be 0. These are also the only factors that influence the DFS hit.
