Can we please get this worked on with a higher priority? You have no clue, but it affects the gameplay is so many ways. Zoom is super important for pvming, pvping and skilling.

It would be nice if you took these screenshots in the same spot for comparison but I did notice just yesterday that on os you can basically see to the render border in 3/4 directions

I tried the different zoom client rapsey showed and it's a lot better for zooming out further. Just weird artifacts that need to be fixed and you still got the same rendering distance for npcs etc.

I'm working on it. As of yet there is still some network culling going on that creates for a strange experience (i.e. you can see the map and objects much further but players and NPC's only become visible when they are much closer to you). If I can get that to work I'll need to do some performance testing to see if we can release this by default or need to add a toggle for people with higher spec PC's (or more tolerance to lower frame rates).

Thank you! Can't wait for further news!

I don't know about you, but pking and pvping is the same thing. Also, this is not needed for skilling.

I like to zoom in on the trees to exactly hit the right spot for maximum pkp.

Zooming is needed for skilling, when trying to zoom in to have a bigger region to click for your bank, or for a certain activity ( like rogues, construction, even running for runecrafting). Also, pking and pvping is the same thing yes, but I said pvming.

It isn't a need, it is a want.
